- Maintain customer information and follow-up records.
- Support customer retention and engagement activities.
- Represent Susrutha Ayurveda professionally and courteously.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Language handling/communication skills are required.
- Customer service or relationship management experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
