Your Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email and social media.

- Assist customers with tea selection, placing orders and payment queries.

- Share order updates and coordinate with the logistics team for delivery support.

- Resolve customer concerns politely and promptly.

- Follow up on pending orders, abandoned carts and customer feedback.

- Maintain accurate customer records and build relationships that encourage repeat purchases.

What We’re Looking For

- Positive verbal and written communication skills.

- A friendly, patient and customer-focused approach.

- Basic computer knowledge, including Excel or Google Sheets.

- Strong organisation and follow-up skills.

- An interest in learning about our teas and helping customers choose.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
