Customer Relationship Executive – Electrical & Lighting

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 + Performance Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our electrical and lighting business in Ernakulam.

The role involves handling customer enquiries, maintaining strong relationships with wholesale customers, coordinating orders and deliveries, providing product information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from enquiry to order completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable electrical, fancy and commercial lighting products.
- Handle wholesale customer orders and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely processing and delivery.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments and deliveries.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with the relevant team for quick resolution.
- Keep customers updated about product availability, prices and order status.
- Support upselling and cross-selling based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Maintain basic customer records and prepare customer follow-up/sales reports.
- Work towards customer satisfaction, retention and business growth.

Who Can Apply?
- 12th pass or Bachelor's degree.
- Freshers with good communication and customer-handling skills can apply.




- Candidates with experience in customer service, sales, electrical, lighting, hardware, building materials or related fields will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Working Hours 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday
