We are seeking a proactive and confident individual who can build meaningful relationships with clients and guide them toward the right programs. The role involves strong communication, empathy, and a results-driven mindset - ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people and making an impact.

Key responsibilities:

- Call participants to encourage and support their enrollment in our programs.
- Connect with parents to understand their needs and recommend suitable programs or personalized suggestions.
- Maintain and update the CRM or lead sheet with accurate and timely information.
- Follow up with interested leads to ensure smooth conversions and address their queries.

Skill(s) required : Effective Communication, English Proficiency (Spoken), English Proficiency (Written), Good listner, Hands on Excel and google sheets

- Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome).
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Diligent, responsible, bold, confident, and resilient.
- Empathetic and caring approach toward clients.
