- Handle customer queries and requests through email, chat, and other non-voice communication channels.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to international customers.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions according to company policies.
- Maintain qualified and effective written communication at all times.
- Process customer requests, complaints, and service-related issues efficiently.
