Responsibilities
- WhatsApp Chatbot Sales: Convert product inquiries from our WhatsApp chatbot into confirmed sales through proactive messaging and calls. Recommend suitable products and upsell wherever relevant.
- Repeat Purchase Rate: Build customer retention by pitching relevant recent products to past buyers. Identify purchase patterns and re-engage accordingly.
- Feedback Calling: Call customers post-delivery to gather feedback on their experience,
collect data such as the childs name, date of birth, and purchase intent, and encourage product reviews.
- Daily Work Reporting: Maintain daily activity logs including leads converted, follow-up status, sales generated, and key customer feedback.
