About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Customer Care Executive to handle customer communication, order follow-ups, courier coordination, and dispatch-related activities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, be confident while speaking with customers, and be committed to completing follow-ups and assigned tasks properly.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and enquiries.
- Communicate confidently with customers in English, Tamil, and Hindi.
- Explain products/orders clearly and convince customers professionally.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, confirmations, and delivery.
- Coordinate and assign courier services for order dispatch.
- Track dispatched orders and follow up with courier partners regarding delivery status.
- Follow up on pending, delayed, or undelivered orders.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order processing and dispatch.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, orders, and courier details.




- Handle basic customer complaints and resolve them professionally.
- Ensure that customer follow-ups are completed on time.

Requirements
- Any Degree.
- Good spoken communication skills.
- Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi is required.
- Solid convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Should be dedicated, responsible, punctual, and willing to take ownership of work.
- Ability to follow up consistently until the task is completed.
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
