Are you a solid communicator who enjoys helping customers and solving problems?
We’re looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our inbound call centre team and deliver an excellent customer experience across multiple channels.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound customer calls & complaints
- Resolve product, service, billing & support queries
- Handle outbound CSAT & E-Warranty calls
- Manage customer complaints via WhatsApp & Email
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Escalate complex issues when required
- Meet performance targets including AHT, FCR, CSAT & Quality
What We’re Looking For Excellent verbal communication & listening skills
Good problem-solving ability
Basic computer & typing skills
Customer-focused mindset
Comfortable working in shifts
Malayalam & Tamil language skills preferred
