We are looking for experienced Customer Service Associates to join our international voice process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and prior experience in Customer Service, Cross-Selling, or Up-Selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions over voice calls.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling relevant products/services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain quality and productivity standards.
- Follow process guidelines and company policies.
- Meet defined customer service and operational targets.
Eligibility
- Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in Customer Service / Cross-Selling / Up-Selling
- Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work from office.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
Salary & Perks
- CTC: Up to 6,00,000 per annum
- 40% hike on last drawn salary, subject to eligibility/company norms
