Customer Care Executive Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹26,000 per month Job Type: Full-time Department: Customer Support Role: BPO / Voice / Blended Process Job ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls to understand and resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns. Provide accurate information and effective solutions regarding products and services. Ensure customers receive a positive and supportive experience during every interaction.

Actively listen to customers, clarify their requirements, and handle difficult or dissatisfied customers professionally. Build strong and long-term customer relationships through trust, empathy, and reliable support. Use CRM software, databases, scripts, and other tools efficiently to manage customer interactions.

Meet or exceed defined call centre metrics, quality standards, and performance targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up when required.



Participate in training and learning programs to improve product knowledge and customer-handling skills.

Follow all company policies, procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements. RequirementsGood verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

Patient, empathetic, and professional approach. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/software tools. Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer care, BPO, telecalling, or customer support is preferred.
