About the Role

We are looking for a warm, patient and solution-oriented Customer Care Executive to be the voice of Delco for our online customers. You'll handle queries, resolve issues, and make sure every customer interaction leaves them feeling genuinely taken care of.

Key Responsibilities

1. Respond to customer queries via email, phone, and chat in a timely, helpful manner
2. Handle requests for exchange, return, and refund with clarity and empathy
3. Assist customers with product-related questions and guidance
4. Track and follow up on open customer issues until fully resolved
5. Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team on order-related concerns
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and recurring issues
7. Flag patterns in customer complaints to help improve processes over time





Requirements

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills
2. Patient, empathetic, and genuinely enjoys helping people
3. Comfortable handling difficult conversations calmly and professionally
4. Basic computer literacy and comfort with email/chat tools
5. Willing to work from Delhi-NCR

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

- Prior experience in customer service or support roles
- Experience with e-commerce or retail customer queries
- Familiarity with handling exchange/return/refund processes
