We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Customer Acquisition Manager with 6+ years of experience to lead and scale performance marketing and customer growth strategies. You will own full-funnel customer acquisition, campaign execution, budget management, and channel optimization.

You will be responsible for lowering CAC, maximizing ROAS, and driving sustainable growth across digital and offline channels.

- Design, execute, and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Affiliate, SEO, and Programmatic advertising.
- Test emerging channels and platforms to identify growth opportunities.

- Analyze user journeys, landing pages, and onboarding funnels to maximize conversion rates.
- Execute A/B tests on creative assets, ad copy, targeting, and landing pages.

- Monitor CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rates, and Retention.




- Build performance dashboards and present insights to senior leadership.

- Manage performance marketing budgets to meet ROI and volume targets.
- Reallocate spend based on channel performance and attribution modeling.

- Partner with Creative teams to produce high-performing ad formats and messaging.
- Work with Product, Sales, and Analytics teams to align acquisition with LTV and retention goals.
- Manage external vendors, growth agencies, and ad network partnerships.

??????????: Minimum 6+ years in performance marketing, growth, or customer acquisition.

?????????: Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field.
