- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery of software components.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and project understanding.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align development efforts with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Applications Development.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable application architectures.
- Solid knowledge of database management and integration techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Competence in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
