Working days : 5.5 days in office laptop is mandatory
Role Overview
We are looking for a content-first learning professional who can independently research, structure, and develop engaging learning content from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
Research and develop content across multiple subjects and domains.
Create learning content for school students, college students, teachers, and corporate learners.
Develop concepts, explanations, examples, case studies, activities, scenarios, assessments, projects, and learning/video scripts.
Adapt content for different learner levels and age groups.
Structure content into clear online and self-paced learning modules.
Use AI and digital tools to improve content development speed and quality.
Collaborate with designers and digital learning teams to convert content into final learning assets.
Must-Have Skills
Solid research and content-writing skills
Excellent written English
Ability to simplify complex concepts
Strong content structuring ability
Ability to learn unfamiliar subjects quickly
Understanding of learning outcomes and assessments
Ability to create engaging activities and scenarios
Comfortable working across multiple domains
Tools
Knowledge of ChatGPT, Canva, H5P, Articulate Rise/Storyline, or LMS platforms is an advantage. Tool expertise is not the primary selection criterion.
