About the Role

We are looking for a Client Service Representative to join our team and handle client queries and support requests through email, chat, and voice calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to resolve queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client queries through email, chat, and voice calls .
- Provide prompt and effective solutions to client concerns.
- Ensure a positive client experience and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
- Manage client tickets, follow-ups, and support requests.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately within defined timelines.





Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills .
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working in a continuous night/US shift .
- Willing to work from office in Aundh, Pune .
- Comfortable working 5 days a week with rotational week-offs .
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
