Job Summary

SuperHumanRace’s AI-powered CSR platform helps India’s leading corporations automate end-to-end CSR program management right from project onboarding and NGO coordination to impact measurement, reporting, and best-in-class SRoI & SDG-mapped dashboards. Our clients are some of India's most purposeful companies. Our partners are the non-profits on the ground making change happen. You'll sit at the intersection of both.

As a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Platform Coordinator at SuperHumanRace, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to make a positive impact on society. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our CSR clients and our Product Delivery Team, assisting in the planning and execution of impact measurement for various corporate social responsibility initiatives.

You will be the primary point of contact for our CSR automation clients as they go live on our platform. Think of yourself as a technology-enabled program manager and trainer - someone who configures the platform to mirror each client's program, walks their internal teams through it, and then trains their NGO partners to keep the data flowing.

Every new client engagement follows our proprietary 12-Week Engagement Calendar (EC) - a structured onboarding that moves from data migration and account setup all the way to live CSR dashboards and CSR-2 reports. You own this calendar for your clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Configuration & Client Onboarding

- Configure client accounts on the SuperHumanRace platform - migrate project data, set up employee accounts, and map programs to the client's specific CSR strategy and themes.
- Manage the 12-Week Engagement Calendar end-to-end for each client: track milestones, flag risks,



and ensure on-time delivery of dashboards and reports.
- Build and deploy impact dashboards and CSR-2-ready reports tailored to each client's portfolio and reporting obligations.

Training & Capacity Building
- Train client CSR teams on platform usage, data entry workflows, and reporting features as part of each engagement.
- Conduct structured training sessions for NGO/implementation partner teams to onboard them onto the platform and ensure data quality from the field.
- Create and maintain training materials, SOPs, and how-to guides that make platform adoption easy for non-technical teams.

Impact Measurement & Reporting
- Work with clients and partners to collect, clean, and validate impact data aligned with UN SDGs, national frameworks, and client-specific metrics.
- Assist in developing and refining CSR metrics and measurement frameworks for diverse program types (livelihoods, education, environment, health, etc.).
- Prepare and quality-check CSR-2 filings and impact reports for client submission.

Client & Partner Success
- Serve as the day-to-day client SPOC - respond to platform queries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our Product Delivery team to escalate and resolve platform issues and translate client feedback into product improvements.
- Help expand our partner network by building strong relationships with NGOs and CSR implementation agencies.

- Cares about the SDGs - not because you have to, but because you genuinely want to see them move.

Qualifications:

Required

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Social Work, Development Studies, Business, Environmental Science, or related fields are a plus).




- Strong comfort with digital tools and online platforms - you learn new software fast.
- Clear written and verbal communication in English; Hindi or local language competence is a plus.
- High ownership and follow-through - if you say you'll do something, it gets done.

Preferred
- 0-3 years of experience in CSR coordination, program management, NGO administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the Companies Act (Section 135) and CSR-2 reporting requirements.
- Exposure to impact measurement frameworks (LFA, SDG mapping, Theory of Change).
- Experience with project management or CRM tools (Monday, ClickUp, Asana, Salesforce, or similar).
- Comfort working with data - Excel / Sheets proficiency at minimum; analytics tools a bonus.
