Role Description The CSR Fundraising Professional will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing fundraising strategies to support Rotary Club of Hyderabad Deccan and Helping Hands of Rotary Trust initiatives. This full-time, on-site role based in Telangana, India includes identifying and engaging corporate partners, managing CSR proposals, and building long-term relationships with donors and sponsors. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential CSR opportunities, preparing presentations and grant applications, tracking fundraising progress, and coordinating events and campaigns to maximise contributions.





The role also involves collaborating with club leadership and project teams to align fundraising activities with program priorities, ensuring transparent reporting and donor stewardship. The professional will maintain high standards of communication and stakeholder experience, representing the organization’s values in all interactions.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing capabilities, including experience as Customer Service Representatives and in Customer Support, to manage donor and partner relationships effectively.
- Demonstrated ability in Customer Service and Customer Experience to ensure responsive, qualified, and trust-building interactions with sponsors and stakeholders.
- Proven focus on Customer Satisfaction, with skills in gathering feedback and continuously improving engagement and retention of corporate partners.
- Prior experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, nonprofit development, or corporate relations is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate impact and build compelling cases for support.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, social work,



communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in fundraising or CSR.
- Commitment to social impact, ethical practices, and inclusion, with a collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with volunteers and community partners.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying companies with CSR mandates, building relationships with potential corporate donors, and mobilising funds for HHRT’s social impact projects.
