- Filing of Annual Returns
- Filing of various ROC e- forms
- Various FEMA and RBI Compliance's
- Dematerialization of Shares
- Incorporation of companies, LLP’S and Partnership Firm
- Drafting NDA, MOU, Commercial and various Agreements

Requirements-

- Should have completed either Executive or Professional Groups (Skilled pass will be)
- Transfer case not preferred and transfer not allowed
- Learner, self-discipline, Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS office would act as “add-on” to your Resume
