Position: CRO / CFO / Turnaround ExpertRole Overview

We are looking for a senior finance and business turnaround professional to lead the company’s restructuring, financial recovery, and business revival initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess the company’s current financial and operational position.
- Develop and execute restructuring and turnaround strategies.
- Coordinate with banks, CA, auditors, legal advisors, and financial consultants.
- Manage outstanding liabilities, settlements, creditors, vendors, and other financial matters.
- Oversee cash flow, working capital, cost control, and financial planning.
- Identify pending financial and operational issues and drive them to closure.
- Support management in business recovery, stabilization, and rebuilding.
- Monitor financial performance and provide regular updates to management.
- Develop strategies for sustainable operations, profitability, and business growth.





Preferred Profile
- Proven experience as a CFO, CRO, Turnaround Expert, Business Restructuring Professional, or similar senior role.
- Strong experience in financial restructuring, business recovery, debt management, settlements, or turnaround situations.
- Robust understanding of financial management, cash flow, working capital, and business operations.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working with banks, consultants, creditors, vendors, and senior management.

Experience

Senior-level relevant experience in finance, restructuring, business recovery, or turnaround management.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
