Role Description The CRM Operations – Intern will support the management and optimization of customer relationship management activities to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. This internship role is on-site and based in Indore, where the intern will work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer experience teams. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with CRM data entry and maintenance, monitoring customer interactions, preparing reports and dashboards, and helping implement targeted campaigns.

The intern will also contribute to process documentation,



basic troubleshooting within the CRM system, and coordination of small projects related to customer journeys. This role offers practical exposure to CRM operations in a fast-paced, luxury lifestyle brand environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and interacting with stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess foundational Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills for handling customer data, workflows, and system usage.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales understanding to support sales processes and customer follow-ups.
- Candidates should possess introductory Project Management skills for planning, coordinating, and executing small CRM-related tasks.
- Relevant academic background in business, marketing, information systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools, and familiarity with CRM platforms, will be an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, demonstrate attention to detail, and manage time effectively in a structured workplace.
