CRM Executive

Company: Network Diesel Sales and Service Pvt. Ltd. (NDSS)

Location: VANAGARAM ,CHENNAI

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹18,000–₹30,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and new customers.
- Coordinate with the Service and Sales teams to resolve customer requirements.
- Follow up on service schedules, AMC, complaints, and customer requests.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM software regularly.
- Handle customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
- Generate follow-up reports and maintain daily CRM activities.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service appointments and requirements.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Support the Sales and Service teams in customer retention and follow-up activities.

Requirements:
- Any Graduate with good communication skills.




- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Customer Relationship, Sales Coordination, or Service Coordination.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
- CRM software knowledge is an added advantage.
- Ability to handle customer calls and follow-ups professionally.
- Candidates with automobile, DG, service, or engineering industry experience will be preferred.
