Key Responsibilities
● Evaluate loan applications, assess creditworthiness and managing portfolio risk
● Interact with clients to seek clarifications and help structure deals
● Interact with Data Science team to help embed the latest in
AI and machine learning into our underwriting processes
● Interact with Trading team to ensure that loans are properly structured to be placed on warehouse lines and into securitizations
● High degree of loan discretion to present hand-selected deals to investment committee for final approval
Background/Experience:
● PG/Master’s degree from a premier college with a specialization in finance, economics or a related field
● Minimum CFA Level 1
● Strong written and oral communication skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
