Can you find an interesting story in an ordinary experience?

Quest for Success is looking for a Creative Writing Intern with exceptional writing skills, strong creative instincts, and a natural ability to tell stories.

You will work closely with high-school students applying to universities around the world, helping them discover and communicate the experiences, ideas, and stories that make them unique.

The role involves brainstorming with students and helping them develop compelling college essays, personal statements, supplemental essays, and Statements of Purpose (SOPs).

This is not a blog-writing or SEO content-writing role. We are looking for someone who loves words, understands storytelling, and is genuinely curious about people and their experiences.

What You'll Do

Brainstorm with students to uncover interesting experiences, perspectives, and stories from their lives.

Help students identify compelling themes, hooks, and narrative angles.

Work on college essays, personal statements, supplemental essays, and SOPs.

Help transform initial ideas and rough drafts into engaging, well-structured narratives.

Provide thoughtful feedback on storytelling, structure, voice, clarity, and flow.

Help students develop strong openings and memorable conclusions.

Edit and refine writing while preserving the student's individual voice and personality.

Proofread for grammar, language, coherence, and readability.





Research universities and essay prompts to understand what different questions are asking.

Work closely with our university admissions counselors to ensure essays complement the student's overall application.

Manage multiple essays and deadlines during the university application cycle.
