About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Creative Video Editor with 3+ years of professional experience to join NS Ventures on a part time basis.

In this role, you will create premium and engaging visual content for real estate projects, property launches, project promotions, digital campaigns, social media, advertisements, and brand communication.

You should have a strong understanding of real estate storytelling, cinematic editing, short-form content, motion graphics, visual composition, sound design, and current social media trends. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable using AI-powered video and creative tools to enhance production quality and efficiency.

You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to transform property footage, project information, and creative briefs into visually compelling content that supports brand building, audience engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality videos for real estate projects, including property walkthroughs, project launches, promotional videos, brand films, amenities videos, testimonials, project updates, and advertisements.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media content.
- Transform raw property, architectural, drone, and lifestyle footage into cinematic and engaging edits.
- Develop creative hooks, storytelling structures, transitions, titles, captions, and visual effects to improve audience engagement.
- Create motion graphics, animations, typography, maps, callouts, project highlights,



and other visual elements.
- Perform colour correction, colour grading, audio enhancement, sound design, music synchronization, subtitles, and final rendering.
- Create different versions and aspect ratios of videos for various digital platforms and campaigns.
- Use AI-powered video and creative tools to generate visuals, enhance footage, create transitions, develop concepts, and improve production efficiency.
- Understand project briefs and independently convert ideas into polished, high-quality video content.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, visual quality, editing style, and messaging across projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work within agreed timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, motion graphics trends, AI tools, social media formats, and real estate content trends.
- Proactively suggest creative concepts, editing styles, references, and content ideas for real estate marketing campaigns.

Skills & Requirements

- 3+ years of professional experience in video editing, preferably in real estate.
- Robust proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animation.




- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, composition, visual hierarchy, typography, colour, transitions, and sound design.
- Experience creating short-form and social media content, especially Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Familiarity with AI video and creative tools such as Runway, Kling AI, Veo, Pika, Luma AI, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
- Ability to create premium, cinematic, and visually appealing real estate content.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand a brand's visual language and maintain consistency across content.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote work environment.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- A strong portfolio is mandatory, preferably showcasing real estate, architecture, property, luxury, promotional, or social media video work.
- Willingness to experiment with new creative formats, editing styles, and emerging AI technologies.
