About The Genesis Art The Genesis Art is creating a category called Permanent Recognition .

Some moments change who a person is forever but leave no mark of their own - the day someone became sober, went into remission, finally left, survived or began again.

Genesis translates a person’s date and words into a one-of-a-kind Moment Signature and establishes an authenticated, enduring record of what that moment meant.

We are looking for an exceptional communicator to help us build thoughtful relationships with creators and publishers across the US, UK and Europe.

This is not a mass-outreach role. You will work directly with the founder on partner research, communication, activation and early category building.

What you will doCreator partnerships

- Research shortlisted sobriety and personal-transformation creators.
- Understand each creator’s work and audience before approaching them.
- Prepare thoughtful comments, direct messages and emails.
- Develop natural conversations through a calm, non-promotional approach.
- Introduce interested creators to the Genesis private demo.
- Help move suitable conversations towards interviews, content collaborations, community pilots or commercial partnerships.
- Maintain accurate communication and follow-up records.
- Escalate sensitive and commercial conversations to the founder.

Publisher partnerships
- Review and classify publishers by audience, geography and Genesis fit.
- Prioritize promising publishers and activate approved but inactive partners.
- Understand what publishers need to begin promoting Genesis.
- Provide approved messaging, deep links and partner materials.
- Track activation, clicks, attributed sales and inactivity.




- Identify high-potential publishers for direct founder attention.
- Help suitable externally recruited creators join the Genesis Awin programme.

Relationship quality matters more than outreach volume. We will not use generic messages, automated comments or unsolicited bulk DMs.

Who should apply

You may be a student, recent graduate or early-career professional. Your judgment and communication matter more than your degree.

You should have:
- Exceptional written English.
- Natural and emotionally intelligent communication.
- Strong research and editorial judgment.
- Respect for sensitive personal experiences such as sobriety and recovery.
- The ability to use AI without producing generic AI-written communication.
- Reliability, attention to detail and comfort working independently.
- Interest in startups, partnerships and category creation.

Experience with affiliate marketing, Awin, creator outreach, Google Sheets or analytics is helpful but not mandatory. Personal experience of sobriety or recovery is not required. Respect, discretion and willingness to learn are essential.

Compensation

- ₹30,000 fixed monthly compensation.
- ₹1,500 for each qualified creator or publisher partnership activated.
- ₹350 for each approved, attributed sale generated during that partner’s first 60 days.




- Variable compensation initially capped at ₹20,000 per month.
- ₹15,000 completion bonus after successfully completing the three-month engagement and agreed handover.

Detailed activation, attribution and payment terms will be included in the internship agreement.
