We're hiring: Freelance Video Editor (Remote, India)
EditStreet is a video post-production studio editing for US-based clients: B2B and corporate brands, advisory firms and education marketing teams. Our workload is growing faster than we can edit it, so we're looking for a freelance editor to work with us on an ongoing basis.
What you'll work on
- Corporate explainers and VO-led videos: lower thirds, on-screen text, animated charts
- Interview-led short-form reels for social: hooks, captions, b-roll, music
- Long-form podcast and interview edits
- Client revisions from US teams, often on tight turnarounds
You're a fit if you
- Have 3+ years of professional editing experience and a portfolio that shows it
- Use Premiere Pro daily, and After Effects for titles, lower thirds and easy data animations
- Can cut a strong 45-second reel from a long interview, and a clean 15-minute long-form piece
- Write and check on-screen text in correct US English
- Read a brief closely and follow brand rules without reminders
- Keep organized projects, flag problems early and hit deadlines without being chased
- Can be reachable for a few hours in the IST evening when US clients are online
Nice to have
- DaVinci Resolve for color, Audition for audio cleanup
- Previous work with US clients or agencies
- Motion graphics or data visualization experience
How it works
Freelance, remote, project-based to start, with regular ongoing work for the right editor. Shortlisted editors complete a short editing test (two tasks, about 2 hours each), then a paid trial project.

- The editing software you use daily
- Your usual turnaround for a 60-second reel from raw footage
- Your rate: per reel, per 5-minute corporate video, or monthly
- Your city and the hours you're available
