What You’ll Do?

Own end to end AI generated content production for microdrama series, ensuring high quality and engagement.

Collaborate with directors, writers, editors, sound designers and AI video animators, to translate creative ideas into visually striking AI-driven stories.

Lead the internal team members, review and QC their work to ensure their generated videos align with requirements Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and contribute to the development of prompt engineering and prompting techniques.

Work with external agencies, guiding external teams with feedbacks and reviews to ensure quality output delivery,



Conduct research and experiments based on latest advancements in generative AI and develop insights to enhance the quality and efficiency of generated videos Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to enhance team processes Who You Are 6+ years of experience in OTT, TV, filmmaking, or Microdrama AI video content Understanding of AI-based creative tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, Nanobanana, Kling 3.0, Seedance 2.0, or similar). Some experience with editing softwares such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve will be a plus.

Exposure to shot planning and execution (core to role) Strong storytelling skills with proven track record Familiarity with post-production workflows (editing, sound, VFX, excel) Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-output environments, adapting to evolving creative briefs and technology.
