Job Overview

We are looking for a Visual Storytelling Producer who can turn ideas, concepts, and stories into engaging visual content for YouTube and social media.

The role involves managing the creative production process from concept and pre-production to shoot, post-production, and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling ideas for digital content.
- Plan and execute video shoots, reels, interviews, explainers, and social-first content.
- Create production plans, shot lists, references, and mood boards.
- Coordinate with videographers, photographers, editors, designers, creators, and other production partners.
- Manage shoots from pre-production through final delivery.
- Ensure content meets quality, creative, branding, and storytelling standards.
- Work with the social and content teams to create platform-specific visual content.
- Review edits, provide creative feedback, and ensure robust storytelling flow.
- Stay updated with visual trends, social formats, creators, and emerging content styles.




- Manage multiple productions while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

- 35 years of experience in creative production, video production, content production, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and digital content.
- Experience with video shoots and production workflows.
- Good understanding of framing, composition, lighting, shots, and storytelling.
- Strong creative sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and production timelines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to take creative ownership from concept to execution.

Good to Have

- Experience in finance, fintech, BFSI, ed-tech, media, or creator brands.
- Experience creating YouTube and short-form social media content.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
- Experience working with creators, influencers, or production agencies.
- Portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous work.
