CREATIVE HEAD | 5+ Years Experience

Socially Sane is looking for an experienced Creative Head to lead our creative vision and drive the development of impactful content and campaigns.

We are looking for a strategic and experienced creative professional who can combine creative thinking, cultural understanding and strong execution to develop ideas that are relevant, distinctive and effective.

One must have their own Laptop.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the creative direction across content, campaigns and brand communication
- Develop creative concepts and strategies based on client and brand objectives
- Lead brainstorming, ideation and campaign development
- Oversee creative execution from concept to final delivery
- Guide and mentor the creative team
- Collaborate with content, social media, design and video teams
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual identity and creative quality
- Stay updated with evolving digital trends, audience behaviour and cultural conversations
- Present and communicate creative concepts clearly to internal teams and clients





What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a creative role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative leadership and campaign development
- Excellent understanding of digital and social media content
- Solid conceptual and storytelling abilities
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects
- Strategic thinking combined with strong attention to execution
- Ability to challenge conventional ideas and develop fresh creative approaches
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
