Sage Media is an independent creative and marketing consultancy bringing together 40+ specialists across Jaipur, Mumbai and Dubai. Over seven years, we’ve built brands through a combination of strategy, creative thinking and solid visual storytelling.

The Role:

We’re looking for a Creative Head to own the visual output across our clients. This is a craft-led leadership role focused on raising the quality of campaigns, social, branding, films and digital work.

What you'll do:

- Set the visual standard across all client work.
- Lead art direction from concept to execution.
- Mentor designers, motion artists and editors across three cities.
- Turn briefs into clear, compelling visual directions.
- Build design systems and ensure brand consistency.
- Review work, give sharp feedback and own final creative sign-off.




- Present and defend creative decisions to clients.
- Work on Projects from different industries that require deep attention to details .

Who you are:

- 4+ years in design/art direction, with 2+ years leading a team.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating taste, craft and range .

- Excellent command of typography, colour, composition and layout.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; comfortable with motion and post-production.
- Experienced in directing creative teams, photographers and editors.
- Confident working with clients and giving a strong senior point of view.

- Bonus: Experience in luxury, jewellery, fashion or lifestyle.

- Preferred Qualifications: Degree from premier institutions such as NID, IIT, NIFT, Symbiosis , or equivalent top-tier universities.
