We are looking for a highly creative and strategic professional who can develop compelling ideas, lead creative teams, and create impactful brand communication across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall creative direction for brands and campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, reels, videos, and other marketing assets.
- Lead and mentor designers, copywriters, video editors, and other creative professionals.
- Translate marketing and business objectives into strong creative campaigns.
- Maintain consistency across brand identity, visual language, and communication.
- Review creative work and ensure high-quality execution.
- Collaborate with marketing, strategy, and account teams.
- Stay updated with emerging creative trends, content formats, and digital culture.





Requirements

- 2+ years of relevant experience in creative strategy, advertising, branding, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Robust understanding of creative strategy, storytelling, branding, and social media.
- Demonstrated ability to develop original campaign concepts.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking and execution.
- Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment.
