We’re looking for a highly Creative Graphic Designer with strong visual storytelling and strategic creative thinking. This role combines design, storytelling, visual communication, AI, and short-form content. You should be able to take an idea and turn it into a compelling visual concept. An AI-first mindset and strong prompt engineering skills are essential.

What You’ll Do

Creative & Graphic Design

- Create social media creatives including static posts, carousels, stories, reel covers, banners, and campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts, visual narratives, infographics, presentations, pitch decks, brochures, email graphics, landing page assets, and mockups.
- Maintain brand guidelines and visual consistency across all creative assets.
- Push beyond templates and create fresh, original visual concepts.

AI & Creative Production

- Use AI for ideation, image generation, visual exploration, and creative production.
- Write effective prompts for AI image and video generation.
- Experiment with emerging AI tools and integrate them into your design workflow.

Video & Motion

- Edit short-form content including reels, ads, B-rolls, and promotional videos.
- Create basic motion graphics and engaging visual edits.
- Collaborate with photographers and videographers on shoot and editing requirements.

Collaboration & Systems

- Work closely with the marketing team to bring campaigns and ideas to life.




- Build reusable templates and design systems.
- Organize creative files and asset libraries.
- Support website and UI/UX teams with graphic assets when required.
- Stay updated with design, video, advertising, and AI trends.

Tools You Should Know

- Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva
- Video: Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut
- Presentation: PowerPoint
- AI: ChatGPT Image Generation, Grok Imagine, Envato ImageGen, Higgsfield, Gemini, Claude, and other emerging AI creative tools.
- Adobe Creative Suite experience is a priority.

What We’re Looking For

- 2-3 years of experience in graphic design or a related creative role.
- Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong visual storytelling and conceptual thinking.
- A portfolio that demonstrates original ideas and strong creative execution.
- Ability to create work beyond standard templates and trends.
- AI-first mindset with strong prompt engineering skills.
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable experimenting with current tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Positive collaboration skills and openness to feedback.
