Role Summary

We are looking for a creative professional with 3–5 years of experience in digital and print design who can own brand-led creative, deliver high-volume performance marketing and CRM assets, and contribute strategically from campaign ideation through execution.

This role sits at the intersection of creative craft and marketing strategy, requiring strong design expertise, trend awareness, and the ability to collaborate across teams while ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Creative Design

- Create visually engaging designs across digital and print, including social media creatives, banners, packaging, and marketing collateral.
- Translate creative briefs into cohesive assets aligned with brand identity and current design trends.
- Design creatives for product ranges based on seasonal calendars and business objectives.
- Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- Refine creatives based on stakeholder feedback and brand guidelines.

Email & CRM Design

- Design responsive email templates for campaign mailers, festive promotions, and lifecycle journeys.
- Build modular and reusable email layouts for faster campaign execution.
- Create mobile-first designs with clear hierarchy, strong CTAs, and an effective image-to-text balance.
- Collaborate with the CRM team on segment-wise creative variants.




- Optimize creatives based on email performance metrics such as open rates and CTRs.

Performance Marketing Creatives

- Design static, carousel, and motion-ready creatives for Meta, Google, and other paid platforms.
- Deliver assets in multiple formats while adhering to platform specifications.
- Create high-volume variations for A/B testing across offers, layouts, and product angles.
- Develop creatives tailored for awareness and conversion stages of the marketing funnel.
- Work closely with performance marketing teams to iterate based on CTR and ROAS insights.

Creative Strategy

- Contribute ideas during campaign planning by proposing concepts, themes, and creative directions.
- Research industry trends, competitor campaigns, and platform behavior to inform design decisions.
- Build and maintain creative guidelines, templates, and asset libraries.
- Present creative rationale to marketing and business stakeholders.
- Identify high-performing creative patterns and help build reusable playbooks.

Collaboration

- Work closely with marketing, content, category, CRM, and tech teams to deliver campaign objectives.
- Support project planning, workload management, and timely delivery of creative assets.
- Review and refine creative output to maintain quality and brand consistency.
- Stay updated on emerging design tools, AI-assisted workflows, and industry trends.

Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in creative design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, branding, and performance marketing creatives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
- Experience designing for email marketing, paid media campaigns, and brand-led creative initiatives.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced marketing workplace.
