CPQ Support & Test Specialist

Experience: 4 to 10 Years

Location: Chennai (On-site)

- Possess robust troubleshooting, incident management, and analytical skills
- Have experience planning and executing functional and regression testing
- Bring a customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
- Are structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Have experience working in agile environments and collaborating with development teams
- Advantage to have knowledge of Oracle CPQ, product configuration, pricing structures, and quoting processes

More specifically, you will be

- Managing and resolving daily CPQ incidents,



user issues, and system errors
- Acting as the first point of contact for CPQ-related support requests
- Investigating root causes and coordinating issue resolution with developers and stakeholders
- Supporting user administration, access management, and system maintenance activities
- Planning, executing, and documenting test activities for new developments and releases
- Validating enhancements, bug fixes, and system changes before deployment
- Contributing to platform stability, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives
