Role Description The Counter Sales role at Gems Paradise is a full-time, in office position based in Jaipur. This role involves welcoming customers to the store, understanding their preferences, and presenting jewelry pieces that meet their needs and budget.

The Counter

Sales professional will provide product information, explain design and gemstone features, and support customers through the selection and purchase process, including billing and documentation. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product displays, ensuring counters are clean and well-organized, and updating inventory details as required.



The role also includes handling customer queries and concerns, coordinating with the sales and workshop teams, and contributing to sales targets while upholding the brand’s standards of service and elegance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to meet targets, manage the sales pipeline, and support store performance.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to learn product details quickly and potentially guide new team members on sales and service standards.
- Candidates should have attention to detail, basic numeracy for billing, and the ability to manage inventory records accurately.
- Candidates should demonstrate integrity, reliability, and a customer-centric approach in a luxury retail environment.
- Prior experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or high-end customer-facing roles is preferred.
- A minimum of a high school diploma; additional education in business, retail, or related fields is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak festive seasons, as required.
