We are looking for an experienced Manager – Costing & Estimation with 5–10 years of experience to lead techno-commercial estimation for:
- Building Maintenance Units (BMUs) & façade-access systems
- Structural steel & fabrication
- Mechanical and engineering projects The role will involve BOQ validation, tender evaluation, vendor and subcontractor costing, rate analysis, cost optimisation, value engineering, risk identification, and estimated-versus-actual cost analysis.
If you can combine solid engineering knowledge with commercial judgment and confidently coordinate with Design, Purchase, Production, Projects, Sales, Installation and Finance, we would like to hear from you.
Preferred: Experience in BMUs, façade access, structural steel, cranes, elevators, material-handling equipment or custom mechanical equipment.
