Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding programs, eligibility, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and provide personalized course and career guidance.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, leads, and follow-ups to drive admissions.
- Explain program details, fee structure, scholarships, and admission processes effectively.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students to improve conversion and enrollment.
- Update lead status, interactions, and follow-up activities accurately in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the Admissions, Academics, and other relevant departments for smooth student onboarding.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly counseling and admission targets.
- Participate in counseling events, admission drives, and student engagement activities.
