- Develop and maintain standard cost for automation machines and systems.
- Analyze and estimate the cost of purchased components, fabricated parts, machined parts, and assemblies.
- Prepare BOM-based costing and support product cost optimization.
- Understand manufacturing processes, machining, fabrication, sheet metal, and standard machine elements.
- Work closely with Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams to ensure accurate product costing.
- Support recent product costing, design changes, and value engineering initiatives.
- Knowledge of machine commissioning/missioning parts and costing will be an added advantage.
- Experience with ERP systems and strong Excel skills is preferred.
Preferred candidate profile
• 6-10 years in product costing or manufacturing costing.
- Experience in automation, special purpose machines (SPM), industrial equipment, or machine building.
- Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of manufacturing processes and standard costing.
