● Prepare detailed quotations/offers based on approved design layouts from clients.

● Analyse material and labour costs for custom lab furniture projects.

● Coordinate with design and production teams to validate costing accuracy.

● Monitor actual vs. estimated costs throughout the project lifecycle.

● Handle monthly billing of contractors as per layout progress and site work.

● Maintain cost sheets and estimation records for future reference.

● Participate in pricing discussions and quotation negotiations with clients.

● Justify costing components and support the sales team during order finalization.

● Coordinate project planning activities from order confirmation to delivery.

Maintain clear documentation for each case-to-case project execution

Requisite Skills:

· Proficient in Advance MS Excel, basic AutoCAD understanding preferred

· Good communication & negotiation skills

· Ability to read technical drawings and BOQ

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
