It aims to create sustainable change by aligning corporate social responsibility (CSR) goals with measurable outcomes on the ground. Team members collaborate across functions to design, implement, and monitor projects that deliver long-term benefits to beneficiaries and stakeholders.

Role Description The Corporate Social Responsibility Funding Consultant is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. The consultant will identify and cultivate CSR funding opportunities, build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, and prepare high-quality proposals and concept notes aligned with donor priorities and the foundation’s mission.

Daily tasks include mapping potential CSR donors, conducting research on CSR trends and regulations, coordinating meetings and presentations with corporate stakeholders, and tracking funding pipelines. The role involves close collaboration with program teams to design projects, develop budgets, and ensure compliance with CSR requirements, as well as monitoring funded projects and preparing timely reports and impact updates for donors.



The consultant will also support strategic planning for CSR partnerships and maintain accurate documentation and data related to funding activities.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships, or donor relations, ideally within the social sector or non-profit environment.
- Strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to map CSR opportunities, understand corporate priorities, and interpret relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Excellent proposal writing, report writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and relationship management, including networking, negotiation, and the ability to represent the organization professionally in meetings.
- Solid project planning and coordination skills, including budgeting basics, documentation, and monitoring of project deliverables and timelines.
- Comfort with using productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, presentation software) and maintaining organized records and funding pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Business, Public Policy, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
- Knowledge of India’s CSR landscape, relevant legal frameworks, and corporate sustainability trends is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, strong ethical standards, and a commitment to social impact.
