MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

- Must be from Insurance Broking / General Insurance / Insuretech / Healthtech
- Proven track record of new business acquisition, revenue generation, and achieving sales
- targets
- Strong experience in acquiring and managing corporate clients across Employee Advantages (EB) and/or Non-EB lines (Property, Liability, Marine, Engineering, etc.)
- 7+ years of experience in Corporate Sales / Business Development

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients across various industry segments.
- Generate new business through direct sales, networking, referrals, strategic alliances, and market mapping.




- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through continuous lead generation activities.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with CXOs, HR Heads, CFOs, Procurement Heads, and Risk Managers.
- Strong Exposure in Employee Benefits and Non- Employee Benefits products.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

- Graduate / Post Graduate in Business, Commerce, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as IRDAI licensing, Associate/Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India (III), CII (UK), or AIRM are an added
