The PTL NBD Personnel will be responsible for driving new business acquisition for Delhivery’s Part Truck Load (PTL) services. This role focuses on identifying high-potential clients, building a strong sales pipeline through strategic outreach and industry networks, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients for PTL services across target industries
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers through market mapping, referrals, partnerships, and industry engagement
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to onboard new accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, pricing, solutions) to design customized logistics solutions
- Track market trends, competitor activity,
and customer needs to refine sales strategy
- Ensure smooth onboarding and initial service delivery for new clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Drive long-term relationships with key clients to ensure retention and growth
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or transportation
- Proven track record in new business acquisition and revenue generation
- Strong understanding of PTL operations and logistics solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
