We are looking for an experienced Corporate & Litigation Lawyer to join our team and handle legal matters related to our business and operations across Noida, Gurugram, Delhi & Baghpat Factory.
? Travel Requirement: Regular travel between our Baghpat Factory and Delhi, along with visits to Noida, Gurugram, courts, and other legal authorities as required.
? Key Responsibilities
- Handle property-related legal cases and disputes
- Handle payment recovery / outstanding payment cases
- Manage civil and commercial litigation matters
- Draft legal notices, replies, agreements, and other legal documents
- Handle contract-related and corporate legal matters
- Represent and coordinate on matters before courts, tribunals, and other authorities
- Provide legal advice on business and operational matters
- Identify and manage legal risks
- Coordinate with external advocates and legal consultants when required
- Ensure proper documentation and legal compliance
