SkillsNCR is looking for a confident Corporate Communication & Soft Skills Trainer who can work with school students, college students and early-career professionals across SkillsNCR and WorkReady programmes.

This is a highly interactive role focused on helping learners communicate, present and operate more confidently in academic and qualified environments.

What You Will Work On

- Spoken and professional English communication
- Presentation and public-speaking skills
- Interview preparation and mock interviews
- Group discussions and workplace communication
- Email, meeting and business etiquette
- Confidence building and personality development
- Resume and self-introduction coaching
- Student presentations and role-play exercises
- Workplace-readiness activities for WorkReady learners




- Parent/student workshops where required
- IELTS-style English language preparation where relevant

Who We Are Looking For
- Graduate — mandatory
- Strong spoken and written English
- Confident trainer and facilitator
- Comfortable working with teenagers, graduates and professionals
- Able to make sessions practical and participative rather than lecture-based
- Prior experience in communication training, soft skills, IELTS, corporate training, L&D; or student development is useful

Freshers with exceptional communication, public-speaking or training ability may also apply.

- Shortlisted candidates should be prepared to conduct a 10–15 minute demonstration session.
