Role Purpose: Support Life Insurance presales through requirement analysis, process documentation, solution mapping, proposals preparation, demonstrations and workshops.
Key Responsibilities
- Good Knowledge on Core System for Life Insurance and functional modules like Product Configuration, Recent Business, Policy Services, Claims, Re Insurance, Agency Management etc
- Knowledge on digital solutions like B2B & B2C Portals
- Gather, analyze and document customer requirements.
- Understand the RFP/RFI/ solution requirement and conduct clarification sessions.
- Prepare business requirements and functional specifications for proposals.
- Develop process flows, use cases and requirement traceability.
- Map customer requirements to product functionality.
- Support RFP/RFI responses,
proposal preparation, demonstrations and PoCs.
- Identify gaps, assumptions, dependencies and open questions.
- Coordinate with the Technical and Product teams.
- Support estimation and scope definition.
- Maintain reusable Life Insurance presales content.
- Use of AI in the tasks is preferrable
- Knowledge on Health Insurance is added advantage

Experience & Qualifications
- 8-12 years of Life Insurance business analysis experience.

- Strong requirements gathering, analytical and documentation skills.
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Presales experience is an advantage.
