About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter who can turn ideas, strategies, and brand objectives into compelling words. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of advertising, storytelling, brand communication, and social media content.

You will work closely with the Creative, Design, Strategy, and Brand Solutions teams to develop impactful communication for both real estate and non-real-estate clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative and engaging copy for advertising campaigns, social media, digital platforms, websites, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Write headlines, taglines, captions, scripts, campaign concepts, brand stories, and ad copies.
- Understand brand briefs and translate them into strong creative communication.
- Collaborate with designers and creative teams to ensure copy and visuals work cohesively.
- Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas based on client objectives and target audiences.
- Research brands, industries, competitors, trends, and target audiences to create relevant content.
- Adapt tone of voice and writing style according to different brands and audiences.
- Write short-form and long-form content while maintaining clarity, creativity, and consistency.
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, spelling, tone, and overall quality.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas.
- Handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Stay updated with current advertising, social media,



pop-culture, and content trends.

Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and storytelling.
- Ability to think creatively and develop original ideas.
- Robust understanding of advertising and brand communication.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital content.
- Ability to write in different tones and formats.
- Strong research and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with designers, strategists, and account teams.
- Good understanding of brand aesthetics, audience psychology, and creative communication is an advantage.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple assignments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Mass Communication, Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in an advertising agency, creative agency, digital agency, or similar environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative writing, campaigns, social media, and advertising work is preferred.

Preferred
- Experience working with real estate brands is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of AI tools for content ideation and creative development.
- Understanding of current social media trends, memes, pop culture, and digital-first communication.
- Experience writing scripts for Reels, videos, and digital campaigns.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
