Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Hospitality to lead and oversee the Group's hospitality business with complete responsibility for business performance, operations, profitability, people, customer experience, expansion, and strategic growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong CEO / COO / Business Head / General Management experience, with the ability to manage complex operations, build high-performing teams, improve business performance, and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide overall strategic and operational leadership for the hospitality division.
- Take ownership of revenue, profitability, cost control, service quality, and business growth.
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term business strategies.
- Oversee hospitality properties, restaurants, resorts, and related operations.
- Establish systems, processes, SOPs, and performance standards across operations.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion, new properties, new concepts, and strategic partnerships.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, cash flows, margins, and operational costs.
- Build, develop, and retain strong leadership teams across functions.
- Establish performance-driven management systems and accountability at all levels.
- Drive customer experience, service standards, brand positioning, and guest satisfaction.
- Work closely with Finance, HR, Marketing, Projects, Procurement, and other corporate functions.
- Review business performance through regular MIS, KPIs,



and management reports and take corrective actions where required.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement measures to improve productivity and profitability.
- Represent the hospitality business before key stakeholders, partners, vendors, and external agencies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, regulatory, safety, and operational requirements.
- Act as a strategic advisor to Group Management on hospitality investments, opportunities, and business decisions.

Candidate Profile

- 15 years of overall professional experience, with significant experience in senior leadership roles.
- Experience as CEO, COO, Business Head, Executive Director, General Manager, or equivalent senior management position is preferred.
- Candidates with experience across multiple industries, particularly hospitality, retail, FMCG, services, tourism, real estate, or other consumer-facing businesses, may be considered.
- Strong understanding of P&L; management, business strategy, operations, people management, sales, and commercial decision-making.
- Proven experience managing large teams and multi-unit / multi-location operations.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a robust focus on business growth and profitability.
- Graduate degree is required; MBA / equivalent management qualification is preferred.
