Cook required for Resort kitchen. Must have minimum of 5 - 7 years experience in commercial kitchens or restaurant kitchens. Preparations will be for buffet meals only.
Experience in South Indian, North Indian, Indo-chinese dishes. Will need to assist the Head chef and Executive chef in meal preparations. Will also be required to put away leftover food into various designated freezers. Also assist the senior chefs in menu planning, kitchen hygiene, SOPs as regards kitchen related activities and also in kitchen stores purchase.
