Your impact

As a Contracts Professional within the Global Contracting Center (GCC), you will partner closely with the Contract Management Group, Legal, Sales, Business Operations, and Project Delivery teams throughout the contract lifecycle. You will serve as a trusted advisor on contractual matters, supporting commercial objectives while ensuring appropriate risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.

This role requires a commercially focused legal professional with strong contract review, drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills who can independently manage a broad range of client-facing agreements and support strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Review, draft, redline, and negotiate client contracts, amendments, subcontract agreements, task orders, change requests, non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and other commercial documents.
- Support RFP, RFQ, and tender reviews from a contractual and compliance perspective.
- Prepare contract summaries, representation & certification memo, risk assessments, and briefing notes for internal reviews and approvals.
- Identify contractual, legal, and commercial risks and propose solutions consistent with company policies and risk profile.




- Support business teams during contract negotiations with customers and project stakeholders.
- Assist Regional Legal Counsel with complex contractual issues and escalations.

Here's what you'll need
- Law Graduate/LL.B., from a recognized university with 5-7 years of relevant post-qualification experience in contract review, drafting and negotiation.
- Demonstrated experience supporting preferably seller side contracting for professional services, engineering, consulting, technology, construction, or infrastructure organizations.
- Preferred experience in reviewing and negotiating public sector customer facing commercial agreements.
- Advanced understanding of contract law principles, risk allocation provisions, compliance framework and commercial contracting practices.
- Experience in interpreting RFPs, RFQs, client terms and conditions, and contractual requirements.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with global stakeholders, including legal, contracting, and business teams.
- Experience working with contract lifecycle management platforms (e.g., Icertis, SAP Ariba)
- Experience working in an in-house legal department, shared services center or environment supporting global stakeholders.
- Demonstrate ability to independently manage a high volume of contract reviews and negotiations with minimal supervision.




- Team player having strong written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to communicate complex contractual concepts clearly and concisely.
- Provide guidance and day-to-day support to junior contracting professionals and assist with knowledge sharing and process improvement initiatives within the GCC.
- Strong analytical, organizational, stakeholder management capabilities, ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
