Continental Chef / CDP – OrsoCafe Prepare Continental and café-style dishes with consistent taste and presentation. Handle starters, pasta, pizza, sandwiches, burgers, salads, and breakfast items. Follow recipes, SOPs, hygiene, and food-safety standards. Manage mise en place, stock, portion control, and wastage. Maintain cleanliness and coordinate with the kitchen team during service. Experience in a café/restaurant kitchen preferred. Food trial required.
